Schematic Design specifies Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Lines and Placement of Windows and Doors including Interiors. Upon approval of the Schematic Design Model, Final Design commences. A set of approximately Nine (9) Construction Drawings are developed including Building Lot Layout, Finalized Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Footers, Structural, HVAC, MEP which result in Building Permit Drawings. Stamped Drawings Available at Additional Cost
